Why did you change your name?
We have five locations in various cities, and we also own three other Banks in Texas. Since many of the banking centers had different names, we decided to make them consistent. This will help us keep our expenses low, so that we can provide services at a competitive cost for our customers.
Has the Bank sold?
No, we still have the same ownership and friendly employees ready to serve you.
What about my checks ?
You can continue using your checks. When you are ready for a new order, the new checks will reflect our new name, Western Bank.
How do I access Internet Banking?
Please see one of our Customer Service Representatives and register to use Internet Banking and its convenient features.
How do I reorder my personal checks?
In the navigation above, click the link that states "Reorder Checks.” You will then be redirected to the Harland Clarke secure website. At this site, you will have the choice of reordering your checks, selecting from a variety of other checks, ordering deposit tickets, and ordering various check accessories. You may also check on the status of an order by clicking on "Order Status" at the top of the page. You must have previously ordered checks from Western Bank to order checks online. Call your local branch Customer Service Representative for more information.
Can I open an account online?
At this time, we do not offer online account applications. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for details.
Can I apply for a loan online?
At this time, we do not offer online loan applications. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for details.
Why can't I login to Internet Banking?
Your password may be locked or expired. For your safety, three failed login attempts will cause your password to be suspended. Please visit with a Customer Service Representative at your local Branch. They will be happy to reset your password.
You might be entering your password or User ID in a form that cannot be recognized. User IDs and passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure your caps-lock is turned off.
Can I access all of my accounts at once?
Yes! When you log in to Internet Banking, all of your accounts (checking, savings, loans, etc.) will be displayed on the opening page.
Can I place a stop-payment on an item from the website?
This action requires specific information and an original signature from the party. Please contact the bank for more information on how to place a stop-payment on an item.
Can I order a wire transfer online?
At this time, the bank does not offer online wire transfers . Please come into the bank to perform this transaction.
